We have a strong commitment to the community as witnessed by our support in a variety of local community events. One such event is the Delta Days Family Parade where our mascot, Jerome the Gnome, plays an integral part. We are also strong supporters of education. Our sales representatives pledge a percentage of their commission to a scholarship fund so that we may provide an annual scholarship to a local high school student.

HomeLife Benchmark (Scott Rd) was founded in 1989. Titus Realty was founded in 1960. In 2001 these two long standing firms joined to form HOMELIFE BENCHMARK TITUS REALTY located in the Scottsdale Mall, Delta BC. By doing so, HOMELIFE BENCHMARK TITUS REALTY and its clients have been in a position to utilize the marketing tools, training and vast referral network that the HOMELIFE system provides. One such marketing tool is the Kiosk set up inside the Scottsdale Mall where thousands of people view the property listings.
In July of 2005 HOMELIFE BENCHMARK TITUS REALTY located to their new premises at #101, 15385 – No. 10 Hwy, Surrey BC., and still maintain the very popular Kiosk marketing system at the Scottsdale Mall, Delta BC.
HOMELIFE BENCHMARK TITUS REALTY strives to achieve high standards in professionalism and production, both within the HOMELIFE system and among local Realtors in the Fraser Valley. We believe that excellence must be our goal from the very beginning. Therefore, HOMELIFE BENCHMARK TITUS REALTY puts a high priority on training. All of our agents have in-office access to professional trainers in an on-going training program.
Perhaps the most important facet of HOMELIFE BENCHMARK TITUS REALTY is our community involvement. As a corporate citizen, we feel that our privilege to earn a living in the community should be balanced by our responsibility to give to the community. HOMELIFE BENCHMARK TITUS REALTY is involved in many local activities. Each year our sales representatives pledge a percentage of their commission to a scholarship fund so that we may provide an annual scholarship to a local high school student. HOMELIFE BENCHMARK TITUS REALTY also contributes annually to Kwantlen College Scholarship fund supporting their business program. Another Community Event that we participate in is the World Famous Cloverdale Rodeo and Parade. Each year thousands of visitors are attracted to this, Canada's 2nd largest rodeo and parade. We proudly support this local event with our entry in the parade.
